What is "Pay later" payment method?
ESTO's "Pay Later" payment method (often referred to as "Buy Now, Pay Later") allows you to purchase what you need in-store and pay for your purchases within 30 days without any additional fees.
Where can I use ESTO payment methods?
Our payment methods are available at over 6000 merchant stores across the Baltics. Look for ESTO or white label hire purchase solutions in merchant checkouts.
Can ESTO payment methods also be used in an ecommerce store?
Yes, ESTO's "Pay Later" payment method can also be used to pay in the online store. To do this, simply add the product to your shopping cart and select "Pay Later" as your payment method.

Is this solution really free?

Yes, ESTO's "Pay Later" payment solution allows you to pay for purchases from our partners 30 days later without any additional fees. There is no interest, contract fee, or anything else complicated. Before using the "Pay Later" payment method and before signing the contract, please read the terms and conditions on the ESTO website.

What happens if I cannot pay for my purchase within 30 days?
If you have used the "Buy now, pay later" payment solution but are unable to meet the payment terms and repay the purchase amount within 30 days, please contact ESTO customer support at [email protected] to find the most suitable solution for you with the help of our specialists.

Does ESTO offer other similar solutions?

Yes, as an ESTO customer, you can also choose the ESTO 3 solution, for example. With ESTO 3, you divide your shopping cart into three equal parts. Similar to the "Pay Later" solution, this is also a smart solution with no additional fees. The first payment is due the following month.

How do I convert my payment plan into a credit line?

If you wish to reduce the monthly payment of a fixed term loan, follow the instructions in your self-service portal at https://app.esto.ee . The conversion requires signing a credit line, if you do not already have one, and completing a short application process.

Why was my application rejected?
There can be many reasons for an ineligible credit application, ranging from an inadequate or irregular income to having active debts. In order to be eligible for a hire purchase ESTO needs to properly ensure the creditworthiness of each of our customers.
What’s different between ESTO’s credit line and payment methods?
Credit line allows the customers to withdraw cash to their account and use it for any purpose, within the revolving credit limit. Hire purchase methods however are for specific purchases and the funds are paid to the merchant instead of the customer.

The annual percentage rate for the hire purchase of ESTO AS is 23.63% under the following example conditions: loan amount 1490 euros, cost of goods/services 1490 euros, down payment 0%, fixed interest rate 11.90%, contract fee 0 euros, total amount loan and repayment of 1844.64 euros, subject to repayment of the loan within 24 months, in equal monthly instalments of 76.86 euros. Before concluding the contract, read the terms and conditions and, if necessary, consult with a specialist. The hire purchase service is offered and regulated by ESTO AS.

The annual percentage rate for the credit line of ESTO AS is 46.70% under the following example conditions: credit limit 500 EUR, unfixed initial (maximum) interest rate 38.40%, contract fee 0 EUR, monthly administration fee 0 EUR, the total amount of the loan and repayments is 612.14 EUR, provided that the loan is used in full and repaid within 12 months in equal monthly instalments. Before concluding the contract, read the terms and conditions and, if necessary, consult with a specialist.

The annual percentage rate for the small loan of ESTO AS is 46.45% under the following example conditions: loan amount 1000 EUR, fixed interest rate 16.70% per year, contract fee 0 EUR, monthly administration fee 3.90 EUR, the total amount of the loan and repayments is 1222.15 EUR, provided that the loan is repaid within 12 months in equal monthly instalments of 101.85 EUR. Before concluding the contract, read the terms and conditions and, if necessary, consult with a specialist. The small loan service is offered and regulated by ESTO AS.
